The staff, especially Ilario at reception, were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.
The sound insulation in the room was not great, and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Fine hotel, it offers terrific services and excellent location next to 8 minutes walk or two tram stops from the Lodi underground station, Central Station and a fantastic restaurant. The staff are gentle and affable, managed the parking outside👍❤
In a hotel like this - dust is unacceptable.

The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The Hotel is very clean and the bedrooms are well appointed and very tidy. The cleaning was caried daily to a very high standard. The breakfast is good. The Hotel is ideally located, just on the outskirts of the City, where bars and restaurants are that little bit cheaper, yet, outside the front door there is an excelllent bus and/or tram service, which connects to most places you would want to go. The Metro(Underground) station is about 6 minutes walk away. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, excellent location and excellent value for money.

Friendly staff with charming vibes
The warmth of the staff made our mornings good, especially the barista preparing fresh orange juice. The retro computers in the lobby added a quirky charm!

Extremely ungracious staff, non-smoking room smelled of tobacco, the rooms are very small, not very clean.

It is a nice hotel, not very luxe, but that you can see in the price. We went with the metro, very good. Most staff was nice and helpfull. Everything was there, good bed, bathroom, tv, and coffee Good for 3 nights
you could not get hot water for tea or your own coffee, on the site they say thar there are coffee and tea fascilities, but only coffee and you had to buy that by the reception

Descent hotel, good value for money. Will suit those who flies in Milan quite late and needs a one-night stay.
Parking is quite expensive, though very convenient: it is located in the basement of the hotel.

Correct service. Also flexible: breakfast as normally not included for me, and moreover I wanted to have breakfast at 11h while the breakfast time was only until 10h, but still the lady allowed me to have breakfast and only charged me 2€ because I only had cereals.
The room for single travellers was incredibly small. According to Booked.net, city tax was included, but the hotel charged me 3€ city tax anyway.

The vibrant nearby dining scene totally stole the show! From Al Timeout's killer bites to the cozy vibes at Beirut Ristorante, every meal was a delight. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, with ample choices that fueled our adventures.
We expected a large double bed, but ended up with two twin beds pushed together, which wasn't what we signed up for. Plus, the room didn't quite match the glamour of its photos, especially the smaller-than-expected bathroom.

The fact that it was relatively cheap for a 3 star hotel.
You can hear literally everything from one room to another and the maids are extremely loud.

Near to tram stop. Nice rooms, always well cleaned.
I would expect wi-fi connection to be standard in 3 star hotel but it was paid (and not really cheap). I got injured in Milano and when I asked the receptionist for plaster, they didnt have it. Hotels should definitely be equipped with first aid kits, at least basic.
